America's Capital partners Mid Atlantic is a popular real estate investment company, started its operations in the year 2003 and very quickly got property in Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland, Raleigh Durham and Center City, and Philadelphia. The principal on which ACP Mid Atlantic operate is, "discover possibilities, deal with risk and produce significance". ACP Mid Atlantic acts differently than any other real estate investment company. Its main focus is on principals rather on advising and capital allocation. Douglas Fliet, CEO, and Brian Katz, President, both are working very hard to formulate these principals.
